I’ve always been looking for a healthy mindset while working towards my fitness goals. [Cassidy] showed me how getting to my goals isn’t so much as hoping what I’m doing is right but made it more of a confident science that if I do the things he suggests, I will be where I want to be. Once I got the hang of things, I started to worry less about the day-to-day stresses of if I was doing enough and had more of a bigger picture in mind that my habits I’d learned will prove to show results instead of the one “good day” I hoped to keep repeating.
